Jero<\/strong>, the first black Enka singer in Japanese history, is releasing a best-of compilation album on February 21! Simply titled BEST & MV<\/em>, the collection contains all 13 of his singles and comes with a DVD containing the music videos to all songs. The release commemorates Jero’s 10th anniversary since his debut in February 2008 with “Umiyuki.” This is the first release of his music videos, which combine traditional Japanese scenes with modern R&B style. <\/p>\n
