Singer-songwriter majiko<\/strong> is releasing her debut album on a major label this month! Sabishii Hito ga Ichiban Erainda<\/em> (a mouthful that translates to “Sad People are the Most Respectable”) will be released on June 19th. This album will contain the digital single “Haru, koi sakura” and single “Hibiwareta sekai” (theme song of TV show Genkai Danchi<\/em>). In addition, “WISH” is the ending theme to the 7SEEDS<\/em> animated series, and 3 other songs have been released on a single or prior mini album: “Kuruoshii hodo boku ni wa utsukushii”, “Mimizu”, and “Paranoia” (coupling song on the Hibiwareta Sekai<\/em> single). <\/p>\n

The vocaloid utaite-turned artist also continues to release song covers on her official YouTube channel. The album release trailer and music videos\/clips are now available on her channel, and can be previewed below the track list. <\/p>\n

Sabishii Hito ga Ichiban Erainda<\/em> will be released in 3 editions: 2 limited editions and a regular CD-only edition. Limited edition A will come with a bonus DVD containing footage of 19 songs performed live, while edition B will come with a bonus CD containing acoustic versions of 7 songs. In addition, various outlets will have limited first-press goodies available: Amazon Japan will include a tin badge, Tower Records will have a CD single containing a cover of “Rakuen” (originally sung by Hirai Ken), and other outlets including CD Japan will have a clear folder sent with pre-orders while supplies are available. <\/p>\n
