DAOKO new album “anima” out on July 29th!

Singer, songwriter, and rapper DAOKO is releasing her 4th album from a major label on July 29th! Titled anima, the album will contain 12 tracks total, including recent digital singles “Ocharaketa yo” and “Otogi no machi.”

The music videos to “Ocharaketa yo” and “Otogi no machi” are available on DAOKO’s official YouTube channel, and can be previewed below the track list.

anima will be released in 2 editions: a limited edition with a bonus DVD and a regular CD-only edition. The DVD will contain footage of 10 songs from DAOKO’s “2020 Otogi no Santoshi Tour” performed at Ebisu Liquid Room in February 2020. Limited quantities of the first-press pre-orders will come with a bonus at major Japanese music outlets, with details to be announced later.
