Machico new album “Machibito Sagashi” out on Nov 13th!

Jpop and anime singer Machico is releasing her new album on November 13th! Machibito Sagashi is the artist’s 4th album, and will contain 12 tracks total, 5 of which have tie-ups to games and anime shows. Specifically, “Korekara” is the opening theme to TV anime Ryuuou no O-shigoto!; “Million Smile”, “Mata ashita” and “STAND UP!” are songs for the Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! (“KonoSuba”) series of PlayStation games; and “1-Milli Symphony” is the theme song for the KonoSuba movie.
Sato Taiji new album “My Hero” out on Nov 6th!

Sato Taiji, vocalist and guitarist of Theater Brook, a funk band, is releasing a new solo album next month! My Hero is Taiji’s second solo album. It will contain 9 tracks total.
A making-of clip featuring new music from the album, and showing Taiji getting painted in rainbow colors for the album’s cover, has been posted to the artist’s official YouTube channel, and can be previewed below the track list. The audio from this clip suggests that the album will contain funk and rock pieces that are the signature of Taiji’s songwriting career.
POP ART TOWN first album “SWEET! SWEET? SWEET!” out on Nov 6th!

Funky indie pop band POP ART TOWN is releasing their first album on November 6th! The trio’s debut is titled SWEET! SWEET? SWEET! and contains 8 tracks, so is perhaps more accurately considered a mini album. The album version of “Nonfiction,” originally a coupling song on their first mini album Variety, will be included amongst 7 all-new songs.
eill’s debut album “SPOTLIGHT” out on November 6th!

Millennial singer-songwriter eill is releasing her first album on November 6th! SPOTLIGHT will be released on the independent label Space Shower Music and contain 11 tracks, of which two are remixes/other versions of songs also on the album. Four songs released as singles, “ONE LAST TIME,” “Succubus,” “Succubus feat.Kvi Baba (grooveman Spot Remix),” and “20” are included on the album. See the full track list below. eill draws from R&B and K-pop for modern pop tunes.
Higuchi Ai new album “Issei Sanka” out on Sept 25th!

Piano-based singer-songwriter Higuchi Ai is releasing her third studio album in September! Titled Issei Sanka (“Hymn of One Voice”), the album will contain 11 tracks, including the three recent digital singles “Zensen”, “Douka sono mama”, and “Love Song.” The third single “Love Song” will be released online on September 4th, ahead of the album. Higuchi has also announced dates for solo live performances in Tokyo and Osaka in November.
Nothing’s Carved In Stone releasing new album “By Your Side” on Sept 25th!

Alternative indie rock band Nothing’s Carved In Stone is releasing a new album next month! By Your Side will contain 10 tracks, including their recent single “Beginning.” This is the band’s 10th studio album, coming about a year and a half after their previous album Mirror Ocean, which topped the Oricon charts despite being an independent release. The music video to “Beginning” is available on the NCIS official YouTube channel, and can be previewed below the track list.
Polkadot Stingray new mini-album “Hyper Klaxon” out on Oct 16th!

Polkadot Stingray is releasing their third mini-album on September 24th October 16th! Titled Hyper Klaxon (“super horn”?), the release will contain 7 songs total on CD. The disc will also be released digitally, but only the first five tracks will be included digitally.

Mega-popular electronic idol/techno-pop trio Perfume is releasing their all-time best-hits album in September! This collection of 52 songs on 3 discs spans the group’s 15 years in the music business, from their 2005 single “Linear Motor Girl” to the most recent “Mugen Mirai” which was released in August 2018.
Miyuna new mini-album ”Yurareru” out Sept 18th!

Singer and musician Miyuna is releasing her second mini-album on September 18th! Titled Yurareru, the release will contain 7 tracks total, including the title song “Yurareru,” which looks to continue pushing Miyuna’s edgy pop vocals. Songs with tie-ups on this album include “Boku to kimi no Lullabye” which was an ending theme to the anime FAIRY TAIL, and “Kuchinashi no kotoba” which is the theme song to the movie Natsu Yozora.
lyrical school major debut album “BE KIND REWIND” out on Sept 11th!

Hip-hop idol group lyrical school is releasing their major label debut album on September 11th! Titled BE KIND REWIND, the album will contain 14 tracks total, including the songs “Tokyo Burning,” “Pajama Party,” and “LAST DANCE” which have been released digitally. Several of the tracks are skits or interlude tracks.
