KAMIJO & Hatsune Miku collaboration single “Sang -Another Story”!

It might seem like an unusual collaboration for visual kei to meet vocaloid. Well, it’s happening–and KAMIJO‘s single featuring Hatsune Miku is coming out on March 21st! Sang -Another Story is the title of the single and the lead song, which is being released the same day as KAMIJO‘s album Sang, which features a track titled “Story of Sang.” KAMIJO is a well known visual kei artist who will be playing the part of a vampire in the title song.

The single will include 4 tracks total–two songs and their instrumental versions will be included. It is unclear if Hatsune Miku will be featured on the second song of the single. Two editions will be released: a limited edition with a DVD, and a regular CD-only edition. The first press bonus is a postcard.

Meanwhile, KAMIJO’s album will be released in 3 editions, including a “very limited” edition with 2 CDs and a Blu-Ray disc retailing for a whooping 12,000 yen (approximately $110). Those who buy the album at CD Japan will receive access to a special mini acoustic concert and talk show by KAMIJO. Note this feature is only for those who buy the album, not the single featuring Miku.
