Hamada Mari new album “Gracia” out on Aug 1st!

Hamada Mari, one of the Japanese queens of hard rock, is releasing a new album on August 1st! Gracia means “grace” in Spanish. The album will contain 11 original tracks. A music clip to “Black Rain” has been posted to the YouTube channel of the singer’s label, Victor Entertainment and can be previewed below the track list.

Gracia will be released in 2 editions: a limited edition and a regular edition. The limited edition contains a bonus CD containing the song “Seventh Sense” and a bonus DVD with the music video to “Black Rain” and a making-of clip.

A veteran of the music scene, Mari was singing punk and metal songs before it became fashionable for women to do so. At age 55, she continues to rock on. Gracia will be her 27th original album.
