Bridear new album “Expose Your Emotions” out Dec 4th!

All-female metal/hard-rock band BRIDEAR released their second album on December 4th! Expose Your Emotions is the band’s second studio album, and the major label debut on Avex Trax. The album contains 10 all-new songs.
The music video to “Ghoul”, the lead song off this album, is available on the band’s official YouTube channel, and can be previewed below the track list.

All-female metal band BRIDEAR is releasing a new mini album on April 11th! Titled HELIX, the disc will contain 7 songs total. This release features BRIDEAR’s newest member, guitarist Misaki, who joined the band after the previous guitarist Misa left. Thus, BRIDEAR continues to be a 5-member band with two guitarists, a drummer, a vocalist, and a bass guitarist.
Release notes suggest that with BRIDEAR’s new lineup, they are evolving toward hard rock from their previous niche of speed/power metal. It is unclear after Misa’s departure whether death growling will continue to be featured in the band’s vocal repertoire.

Guitarist Misa of the all-female metal rock band Bridear announced yesterday that she will be leaving the band after their October 28th live show. Misa is one of the two guitarists in the band, which is known for its technical “twin guitar” style. Misa’s announcement cited creative differences as the major reason for her departure, and although it did not disclose details, hinted that she will continue to stay active in the music scene. Given her more progressive sounds and solos, I would not be surprised if she goes much, much more toward the progressive end.
